Men & Women (Ages 14+) - Beginner - Intermediate (9:00 - 9:55AM): Gymnastics will improve performance in other sports, as well as overall fitness and functional strength. This class provides instruction on tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips. Tuition includes 6 class dates: Dec 2, Dec 9, Dec 16, Jan 6, Jan 20, Feb 3 *No classes 12/23, 12/30, 1/13, 1/27
